I’m not a huge fan of Dell for reasons I will keep to myself, but they are definitely making moves in the right direction. To keep a business growing you need to adjust the customners you have and the customers you want to gain. Dell’s first move involved buying gaming giant Alianware. Then Dell made the move to include AMD processors into their own machines, excellent marketing strategy by the way. Dell has also, for a long time, made their cases easy to open and change parts within. This is a good move for those that want to buy something affordable and later upgrade it themselves. With good prices and vast offerings Dell is surely headed down a road to keep their business in business.
